# FAQ

## 1. Do I need to enable the app embed?

Yes. Enable the WowBundle app embed in your theme and save the change. Keep it enabled even when you use the app block.

## 2. Do I need to add an app block?

The app block is optional. Use it to choose where the bundle appears on your product page.

You can change the offer's colors and layout in the bundle's **Design** tab.

## 3. Why was a draft created when I chose a design?

Clicking **Use this design** creates a draft. You can edit it now or return to it from the **Bundles** page. It is not active until you publish it.

## 4. Can customers choose a different variant for each item?

Yes. In a **Volume** tier, turn on **Let customers pick a variant for each item**.

## 5. Does Fixed price set the price of one item?

In a **Volume** tier, it sets the total for the tier's quantity. For example, **Price for all 3** is the price of all three items together.

## 6. Can I stop a bundle without deleting it?

Yes. Open the bundle and click **Pause**. Use **Resume** when you want it active again.

## 7. Why does a gift have a price in the cart?

The cart may no longer meet the offer's quantity requirement. A gift can stay in the cart at its regular price after a qualifying item is removed.
